Horseradish

- 6 oz horseradish root (peeled)
- 12 Tbsp water
- 2-4 Tbsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- In a food processor, grind peeled horseradish until well ground.
- Add water, salt and vinegar and mix in the food processor until well combined.
- Place in a jar and store in the refrigerator.
